The home of the state's largest park and attraction, the Oklahoma City Zoo desired new administrative office space to house their executive teams. Located on the northwest corner of the park, this new facility will become the new front door to many experiencing the park for the first time. A collection of office and conference spaces make up the majority of the planning, we collaboration areas scattered within each of the two floors to promote interaction. The project will be LEED certified at completion and will be the first LEED certified project contracted through the City of Oklahoma City.
